The Brembo GP4-MS is a high performance four piston radial calliper from Brembo’s Upgrade range, aimed squarely at serious riders and racers seeking a substantial step up from standard OE braking. Inspired by the monobloc callipers developed for MotoGP, it brings genuine racing derived technology to a calliper suitable for demanding road and track use.
At its heart is a monobloc aluminium body machined from solid billet, using the same manufacturing approach found in Brembo’s highest level racing callipers. This construction allows the use of material with superior mechanical properties, delivering exceptional rigidity and greater resistance to the high temperatures generated under heavy braking.
Four 30 mm aluminium pistons provide powerful, precise and consistent braking, while ventilation fins incorporated into the calliper body improve heat dissipation and cooling during sustained hard use. Brembo developed the GP4-MS as a benchmark high performance braking upgrade, bringing advanced materials, construction and technology derived from top level motorcycle racing to road and track motorcycles.
The 220D60030 features 108 mm radial mounting centres, a configuration developed specifically for compatible Japanese supersport motorcycles. It features a silver grey finish with Brembo’s nickel surface treatment, providing a distinctive appearance together with durability and resistance to wear.
