Meet the team

In a small business like ours, it is important that everyone can wear any hat at any time of the day or week. Being a close-knit group with a good sense of humour is an essential formula and has proven the test of time. While it can be stressful at times, it’s a fun place to work and we’re proud of what we achieve and the service we provide.

Rodney

Riding since the age of 5, racing since the age of 12 and a licence holder since two days after his fifteenth birthday (it fell on a Saturday), Rodney has ridden, raced and crashed more motorcycles than most people have had hot dinners. Being technically minded, Rodney is a qualified engineer with many years of experience designing products and machinery from all areas of industry. He has spent time as a design engineer at Triumph Motorcycles in England, as well as a test rider at KTM in Austria. He even did a short stint as a motorcycle journalist! Is there nothing this man hasn’t done? Now the proud father of two children, Rodney is Eurobike Wholesale’s new GM and a nice guy to boot.

Don

Born in Melbourne, Australia but a Kiwi since his teenage years, Don O’Connor founded Eurobike Wholesale, along with his wife Glenys. Don has been a passionate motorcyclist since the 1950s and has an immeasurable wealth of knowledge on motorcycle tuning and setup. With many years of riding and racing under his belt, as well as a lifetime in the motorcycle industry, Don is well regarded as one of the stalwarts of New Zealand motorcycling. Don’t be fooled by his grumpy expression. Generous to a fault, Don is a kind-hearted soul who will go out of his way to help anyone who deserves a fair go and he has the knowledge, experience and resources to make it help that is hard to beat.

Jessie

Marrying into the O'Connor family, Jessie has spent over 20 years living the motorcyclist lifestyle and loves being out on two wheels, whenever the opportunity arises. With a wealth of international experience and a strong background in branding, Jessie spearheads Eurobike’s marketing efforts in between wrangling small children.

Jenny

She was working as a waitress in a pizza bar when we first met her. Jenny came to Eurobike, fresh from polytech as a teenager and has been with us for 25 years (she swears she's not even that old!). Keeping the company admin running like clockwork, she is the font of all knowledge at Eurobike and there is virtually nothing she can’t do. She's also the resident expert on the coffee machine, cementing her status as indespensible to the team.

Jason

If you've been around the New Zealand road racing scene at any stage in the past 20 years, there's a good chance you've bumped into Jason at some point. As a qualified motorcycle mechanic with experience in spare parts and a long career in racing, Jason couldn't be better suited to helping you figure out what you need for your motorcycle. As our new Warehouse Manager he'll be on the ball with enquiries and making sure to get your orders accurately and out on time. He also knows a thing or two about coffee machines, bonus!

Craig

A well known face to many in the South Island, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Eurobike team. From Brittens to Heskeths and everything in between, Craig knows the motorcycle industry inside out and there isn't much out there he doesn't have experience with. As Business Development Manager, Craig contacts businesses right across the South Island and lower North Island to maximise sales and help dealers get the most profitability out of their investments.

Megan

The freshest face at Eurobike, Megan is not only a ray of enthusiastic sunshine, but also a Business Development extraordinaire, sharing her knowledge with stores across the mid and upper North Island. With her oodles of sales experience, Megan has hit the ground running (rolling?), getting stuck into an industry she has a new-found passion for - Megan also holds the kudos for being our first lady cruiser on staff.

Karen

As a mother of two children and several farm animals, Karen still finds enough time to work magic in the Eurobike warehouse helping out with the ever-growing demand for high quality motorcycling products and where to put all that stock. A rider herself, Karen cut her teeth (and broke a few bones) racing motocross and still loves a bit of dirt action when she gets the chance, but equally enjoys getting out on her Ducati Monster for some fun on the asphalt. No stranger to the technical aspects of the job, and always keen to roll up her sleeves, Karen is a valuable member of the Eurobike team.
