Kitting out Givi on an Africa Twin

Ever wondered what could possibly make an Africa Twin any better? We accessorised a brand new Honda Africa Twin with GIVI products and took a few photos of our efforts. Read on to see how we did it - we think the results speak for themselves!

The Africa Twin doesn't have any location to fit bobbins for a rear stand, so we made our own. This proved to be such a handy idea, we may go into production. Removing the exhaust system proved necessary. The Givi instructions are very good and exactly describe how to fit the Givi products. However, they don't explain how to remove parts from the bike to gain access. You need to study the Givi instructions to see which parts are missing and refer to the bike's handbook or workshop manual to see how to remove these items.Removing the exhaust system proved necessary. It's important to pay close attention to the Givi instructions. They list every bolt, nut and washer and supply exactly the correct amount of each. We did the typical Kiwi thing and got it wrong a few times before checking the instructions.It's important to pay close attention to the Givi instructions.
